If Shipment is within India.

If the order is made from the stock, and the product is available at the time of payment, the product will be delivered within 40-50 days may increase or decrease the days basing on item. Ananth Diamonds shall make every effort to dispatch the product on time for estimated delivery. As our product is a precious good, if for any reason the courier agency requires more time, Ananth Diamonds shall not be held liable to the delay. If it is a custom order, the product may take approximately 15-50 days for delivery or as mentioned in the order. This may change if further customisations are required at the time of manufacturing. Ananth Diamonds shall make every effort to dispatch the product on time for estimated delivery.



If the shipment is outside India.

There may be an additional shipping charge for international delivery depending on international delivery rates and law. The buyer shall take on the responsibility to pay for any import duty that may be levied customs department of that country. If the order is made from a stock, and the product is available at the time of payment, the product will be delivered within 5-15 days. Ananth Diamonds shall make every effort to dispatch the product on time on time for the estimated delivery. Refund Policy

Returns Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50 or above, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
